UNACCESSIBLE SERVICE - INCORRECT PRODUCT AGAIN - TAKEALOT

I am writing to express extreme frustration with my recent experience. After receiving the incorrect product, I immediately returned it and requested a refund. I then placed and order for the correct product again and sent numerous emails to ensure the correct item would be sent. Believe it or not, the incorrect product was sent once again I urgently need this product for my upcoming camping trip and at this rate I will only receive it next year. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. There is not even a contact number to speak to someone directly.
