Unacceptably horrible service. I want my money back

If I had known any better I would have never bought a smartphone from takealot. They sold me a faulty device with a non-functional left speaker. I requested for a replacement and they sent me the very same device with the left speaker still not working. I was infuriated and asked for a refund.

When I asked for a refund they sent the device for testing and was advised by an Agent named Michelle there was nothing wrong as the left speaker was a cosmetic speaker - to balance the appearance of the device, its not supposed to work. If that was the case why did they agree to give me a "replacement" in the first place? I rep**** with snippets from GSMarena and Lenovo SA's official website; clearly describing the device as having 2 surround speakers.

I am beyond appalled at this. I most certainly will be taking legal action as this is totally unacceptable.
