Unacceptable warranty service.

I purchased a set of wheeled luggage bags from Takealot. I flew out to the Netherlands where I temporarily live and one of the bags' wheels came loose and was lost on the flight somewhere and my new expensive bag is now useless. The bag is under warranty and I would like to have the wheel replaced. After enquiring whether they can supply me with a wheel, Takealot indicated that the only way that I can get my bag working again is to ship it back to SA and back to them and they will replace it completely. I simply want them to ask their supplier to send me a wheel. Its not that difficult.
