Unacceptable Takealot Services

I have a credit card from FNB that is supposed to be delivered by Takealot as of last week 29 October 2018. Every time I contact their FNB delivery section for the past 8 days there is no answer. I keep leaving details to other sections hoping that I will get a call back, but no luck.
