Unacceptable Takealot!!!

I am very disappointed in Takealot as my wife bought a hoverboard for my son a view weeks ago. The product was on a special price and in stock. We were waiting for the delivery which never happened. Yesterday she received communication that the product was out of stock and she was credited. This is not on as the hoverboard was in stock when she did the payment. To make matters worse was that she now had to pay R450 extra should she still want to buy the product?????

This is unacceptable Takealot. The purchase and payment was done in the deal period while the stock was available
