Unacceptable Service – I Want My Money Back!

I ordered items from Takealot for a project, but they arrived later than the agreed timeframe, which rendered them useless. I immediately returned the items on 14th August, less than 24 hours after receiving them.

To my shock, on 15th August, I received an email declining my return and quoting irrelevant policies. These policies did not impact my purchase or situation, and this entire process feels like a complete disregard for customer rights.

I want my full refund as the items were returned immediately and are no longer needed! This level of service and refusal to take responsibility is unacceptable. I demand that Takealot process my refund without further delay.

I won’t rest until this matter is resolved!
