Unacceptable service from Takalot

I purchased 4 HP ink cartridges 2x black and 2x color on the 20 January 2022 Collected on the 31January 2022 to discover only 1 of each received and reported it on the 31 January a Brandon asked for picture's which were sent On the Second the box was returned to the Bryanston pick up Depot but no documentation given other than the clerk signed my document Reference MRRN-4JA4Z-XNV7 Despite dozens of back and forth communication no refund The list a phone no that also never gets answered
