Unacceptable service

I ordered a product through Takalot on 3 November, and only on the day of delivery November 13 they inform me they don't have stock. This is not professional service and the refund should me immediate and not within 3-5 working days. After supporting this company on many occasions I find this unacceptable, and will not support Takealot in future!
