Unacceptable service a

I got a sms from takealot that my order is on it's way to be delivered. The arrangements are made to make sure that someone is at home to receive the order. But we were waiting for no one. They never delivered. Their customer service line does not work. The only way to get hold of them is on facebook, there is responses in the complaints, but no action. The following day they promised delivery on my Facebook complaint, and yet there was nothing delivered. They make promises that they cannot keep.
