UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

UNACCEPTABLE!!! I ordered a silicone ring, when the ring arrived I noticed that the ring size was too big. Immediately at the Takealot pickup point (in Bryanston) the Lady that helped me (she didn't really want to) took me through a process of how to return the ring. I then send out various emails in order to get a smaller size but the Takealot team was not able to make this happen. After a couple of days struggling I received a replay that they will pay the money back into my account and I can order a new ring, the money will show in my bank account in 7 days time. It has been 11 days today and the money is still not in my account!!!!!!! I send various emails to numbers of people but received NO reply's!!
