Unacceptable service

I placed an order under *** for Acentialabs Natural Appetite & Metabolism Wellness Patches - 60 Pack and takealot send me 30 patches, which was returned under ref MRRN-76JPX-N7NN because only 30 patches were sent through. You then created a replacement order under *** and yet again only received 30 patches. It is quite disappointing that a call to your call centre to advise for the second time you are sending me an incorrect quantity had to be made. The call centre then advised that they would speak to the Joburg branch and logged another return under MRRN-47Z5V-KZ4Q. Yesterday received an email to say that the product price has gone up so here's your money back as we wont be replacing. This should not become my problem as you delivered the same incorrect quantity of product twice. Would like the product so please sort out this mess you ade creating as you should bear the costs of the product going up as this is your error. I am a big Takealot customer and will no longer place orders with you if this is how you are treating your customers. Its not the first time this has happened and its now becoming out of hand
