Unacceptable Service

Ordered a hoverrboard for my daughter for Christmas 2 weeks ago. Now few days before christmas they come back and say sorry we can not find stock after we received an email from them on Thusrday the 15th of December stating that the hoverboard is in the warehouse and will be shipped soon it just needs to go through the sorting phase. Now we can not find any hoverboards anywhere. This is pathetic service from such a big comapny. And now you must wait 3 to 5 days for your money!!! Breaking a little girls heart!!!
