Unacceptable service

Fridge was delivered in unsuitable vehicle and not standing upright. Upon opening the package, the doors do not close with pushing them as doors do not seal correctly. Collection was scheduled for 10/06/2024 but again they arrived with a small vehicle and would come back with a truck before 17:00. They did no return, without any communication. I need a replacement fridge ASAP as I just have food spoiling on my counter tops. Unacceptable service.
