Unacceptable Service

I’ve return an item in the return period. Unfortunately they declined it I asked to make an exception and they said they will reconsider but no further communication the item was just send back. Even after numerous mails absolutely no response. I hardly return items felt they could have made an exception everything was still in the packaging.
