unacceptable service

i ordered a bunch of things (mostly gifts) and once i unboxed them i discovered that each package was already opened. the worst was that a container filled with chocolates (supposed to be 50 chocs inside the container) was already opened and almost 20 chocs were missing. and the container is meant to be a gift. now i had to log a return and that is probably going to take about 30days for me to be refunded. really unacceptable and upsetting.
