Unacceptable service

Absolutely horrible service from Takealot. I ave been a loyal customer for years and did not expect this.

I bought a pair of running shoes only to find out that they were the wrong size once delivered. I logged a return and they were picked up. Now I received a email stating that my return was declined due to my reason for the return was not right and they will be sending it back to me!!! They had pictures of the shoes on the mail and you can clearly see that there is no damage or wear on the shoes and they are in the original packaging and complete. This is unacceptable.

I am not getting any assistance from their customer service department after numerous attempts.

I am running a marathon next week and now what must I do???

I will be seeking legal advise
