Unacceptable service

<p>I have been struggling with Takealot over two weeks now about an item I ordered. On reception I saw that it was they sent me the wrong item which is not even listed on their website. </p> <p> </p> <p>Communication with them has brought me nowhere and I have not had any correspondence from them regarding this matter for almost a week now. I am at my wits end as I have wasted so much time on this allready and with no progress or results to show. I'm very dissapointed with Takealot because I am a loyal customer, but this is has really turned out to be a huge hassle.</p>
