Unacceptable service

On the 25th November 2022 I purchased a Philips essential airfryer HD9252/91. I rescheduled the delivery for 2nd December 2022. I called the call center on the same day in the morning after 8 a.m and spoke to the agent Jasmin and advised her to please advise the courier to deliver at 4.p.m because I had to go to an ATM to draw cash since the courier did not use a card machine. She advised me that she will call me back after contact the courier company to check if this was possible. She called me back and said my request would be granted. At around 11.a.m the driver from the courier company shows up. I told him that I called in the morning and made arrangements for the item to be delivered at 4.p.m. He responded and said he would check with courier company if he could come back. I called Takealot and spoke to Curtley would advised me that he would try and arrange for the driver to come back. He sent me an email to confirm that the branch will re-attempt to deliver later. A little later I got a message on the takealot app stating that my order was cancelled. I called back and spoke to Sive and he advised me that he will check and come back to me but didn't. I then called and spoke to Otagen he checked with the branch and advised me that I would get delivery by the 3rd December 2022. I also got the date that was rescheduled on the takealot app. I called in the morning on the 3rd of December 2022 the agent confirmed that delivery will take place. I left the cash with my helper as I had to attend to my tasks for the day. When I got home at around 5.p.m my helper advised me that there was no delivery. I checked my emails and noticed that a Silakhile. L. sent me an email at 12.27 .p.m advising me that my order was cancelled due to 2 failed attempts. The courier company only came once. I called the agent and asked for a manager to call me and I am yet to receive a call. I was a regular shopper but due this bad experience I will no longer use Takealot.
