Unacceptable service

We bought a 8 piece camera system Hykvision with accessories. Installed them within the warehouse and office. After a day 1 only was giving problems. Returned 1 only. Yet they insist i must send all back. How am i suppose to uninstall. No one available per landline. It is the worst service.
