Unacceptable service

We Bought the washing machine on 24/ 07 /2025 the machine stopped working November 2025, reported it to takealot, they sent people from Defy they fetched the machine in December to repair, we STILL Don't have our machine back. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
