Unacceptable Service

I ordered a projector that was on special for R776 original price R2000. Then the projector arrived. It looked completely differant. We went on the website and checked this one they sent us. And the specs were of lower quality in everyway with any notification. And we saw they had put a sticker bar code on the box so the product matches. Then I requested them to give the correct product that I ordered. Because when I checked the website again, the projector is still there, but now at R850. Then I got an email saying there is no stock... Then I rep**** saying that I saw the projector on website. And i need that specific projector for a reason. Then the lady rep**** saying they can check to replace but it might take a few days. Now I get email saying no stock refund. But product been advertised. Highly unacceptable that incorrect cheaper product given without any notification. Then just saying no stock, just taking the easy option to tell the customer no stock.
