UNACCEPTABLE - RETURNS REFUSAL ON UNUSED PRODUCTS - AM PREPARED TO CLOSE ACCOUNT AND NEVER USE AGAIN!

This is strike 3 with takealot on not being prepared to take returns! Refusing to allow the return of unused products and logging a call is exceptionally annoying. As an early adopter who uses this site often, I have now cleared the wishlist as well as a shopping list. Frankly, service has really gone down - not worth continuing with sub-standard products I am now quite a collection of - and for those I did not bother logging a return!
