Unacceptable response Takealot

I ordered 4 curtain drops, their supplier is called 'DOT DEAL'. The curtains are badly wrinkled but I thought it will come out by hanging them. I decided to order 4 more drops from the same supplier. The supplier DOES NOT provide a product code or description on their invoice, making it very difficult to order additional drops. The worst happened: the 4 new drops were a slightly different colour, most probably as a result of a new batch of material. I can't have different colours of curtains in the same room, so I tried to return them. The lady I spoke to undrstood and agreed to the return, she lodged 2 return orders. However, a week later, Takealot refuses the return as I don't have the original packaging !!! The original packaging the product came in is simply gladwrap!!! Unacceptable response Takealot given the circumstances. My conclusion is DOT DEAL is a scrupulous supplier who intentionally does not provide product codes or colours on their invoice so returns are automatically rejected.
