Unacceptable printer on discount and did not receive the item

Order Canon printer that was on 40 percent discounted, for good price on takealot website for cod delivery on the 14 August 2021 the item has been shipped to me. I did not recieve the item at all when i called after the 14August 2021, they say the there is no stock on the item until today on the 1 september 2021 the item still shows its been shipped to be and try to make deal with takealot if they can give me other printer, but i will not pay before hand il will pay until the item is delivered to me at my work place, they dont wanna help me, this is really unacceptable ive order so many items from takealot and it get delivered all the time but this printer i dont even get, please get in contact with me
