Unacceptable level of service

<p>I ordered 3 items from Takealot. The delivery was guaranteed for Saturday. The delivery did not arrive on Saturday as promised. When I tried to call the Takealot call centre, they were closed so was Mr. D Courier. I tried to track my delivery on the Takealot website and it did not show me any details. Half of the order was delivered on Sunday. There was no notification of the delay, no explanation or apology. The website didnt give me any status of the delivery on the website merely stating reserved. called the call centre on Monday and was told the delivery was on its way to me but it wasnt. I called on Tuesday and was told they dont know where the order is and the will escalate it internally and with the courier. The courier called much much later to say they will escalate it. I re ieved an sms this morning to say the selivery will be made in 1 working day. This service is putrid! Will not make use of Takealot again!</p>
