Unacceptable lack of assistance - NO delivery

Paid for a washing machine - delivery is stated for today I’ve had to follow up as it has NOT been shipped Unacceptable response they can’t give an estimated delivery AFTER I had to chase them up - they said at the warehouse - Just unacceptable . I am stuck with huge amounts of washing to do - promised delivery hasn’t happened and no one appears to care or assist
