Unacceptable express delivery

I'm very unhappy with your service today. I paid for express delivery (delivery within 1 business day). The app shows that the delivery will be done before 17:00 today but it's already 18:00 and we haven't heard anything from a courier. My husband took leave to receive the fridge today as we don't have another option in the week. This is unacceptable. R70 and a day of leave wasted.
