Unacceptable delivery service!

I have ordered last week and my order indicated that it will be delivered on the 28th of June and when i check the status says that the address is insufficient, today as well same status but no one contacted me. The Address is used by so many service providers for delivery! Why can't you pick it up? My order number is Order #***2
