Unacceptable delivery of goods

I ordered a ladies sports watch which was to be delivered to me today. This morning I received the delivery in a box that looked like it had been tampered with and when I opened the package the container for the watch was there but there is no watch or charger in the box. Within 5 minutes I contacted the customer service only to be told that they will investigate with the warehouse and then investigate with the delivery department. It is unacceptable. This was bought for a gift and now I have to wait for the investigation to be completed before I can get another one, if even!!
