Unacceptable Delivery Delay and Poor Communication

I placed an order on Wednesday, scheduled for delivery on Saturday. Saturday came and went with no delivery.

When I contacted the company, I was told there was a delay and that someone would get back to me. No one did. On Sunday, I followed up again, only to be told that my order was still at the warehouse and that no one seemed to know why.

It is now Sunday evening, and I still haven’t received my order or any meaningful communication. It’s extremely frustrating to pay hundreds of rands and be treated as though you’re being done a favour rather than receiving a service you paid for.

The lack of accountability and communication has made this a very disappointing experience.
