Unacceptable delivery

Order No: ***. I received a message that this order will be delivered on Thursday, 13 July. I waited for it but nothing came through, not even a call to let me know that delivery is delayed. Then on Friday morning, 14 July, I got a call from security where I stay that I have a parcel. On Thursday, the order had been left with security without my consent. At no point did the driver contact me and ask if I was comfortable with him leaving it with security. I’m unfami**** with the security guards that were on shift, so I wouldn’t have agreed for the parcel to be left with them. Furthermore, I was home, I’m not understanding why it wasn’t delivered to my door, as usual. This is unacceptable.
