Unacceptable delivery

I have been ordering from Takealot for years now and didn't have any problems. Last year I ordered a knife set worth R5500 and when they delivered it, it wasn't even in any packaging, it just had a sticker on. I phoned and complained about it. They phoned and apologised and it went better. Last week I ordered a TV an cloud nine straightener. Yesterday a man in normal clothes(no uniform or company logo) with a small private car delivered it at my husbands office. He said nobody had to sign for it so they didn't (although according to my Takealot app my husband signed for it) The box with my straightener was open and not sealed (unfortunately my husband took the open box because everything was inside). I feel that this is unacceptable and if this is the way they do their deliveries I would rather support someone who will do it professionally and keep my packages sealed!!
