Unacceptable delivery

<p>I ordered a parcel on Takealot.com, took the guarenteed before Christmas delivery option and Takealot guarenteed delivery the next.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phone Mr Delivery to check on the status of the delivery and they rescheduled the delivery 1 week later without even notifying me. Now who is to blame?? Takealot does not take responsibility but they are the ones making promises?</p> <p> </p> <p>I have supported Takealot so much and feel this is unacceptable, the only reason I ordered so late was because delivery was promised otherwise I wouldn't have ordered on Takealot.</p>
