Unacceptable

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I am so disappointed with there service. Several times they have canceled my orders without my awareness. Most of the time they have not credit my account. I have ordered something on the 1st of October for a family member and when I take a look this morning when the parcel will be here they have canceled my order again, went to have a look and the parcel that I have ordered is in stock!! No reason for them to canceled it. I am so furious. This has happened several times. Their service sucks!
