Unacceptable Customer Service on Refunds - Takealot

On the 03rd of January 2026 I purchased an Apple Watch for the amount of R9,299.00. My package was delivered on the 06th of January 2026 just to receive a body whitening cream and not the watch I have paid for. I immediately called them on the 06th of January 2026 notifying them the incorrect item was delivered. On the 07th of January 2026 the return was picked up. I have been back and forth on emails and calls since them for them to tell me today 16th January 2026 that my package was correct and I received the item, which I did not received. Furthermore, I am advised that I need to check on my end that no one tampered with the package. I received and opened the package myself and what I ordered was not in the box.

I am beyond shattered as an individual that saved up the entire year to make this purchase.

I am not a ***** or am I a ****. I am now advised the have concluded their investigation and I need to log a complaint with the CGSO for further assistance.

I did not receive the watch.

I am disgusted with their customer service.
