Unacceptable Cancellation of Confirmed School Book Order

I placed an order on 30 December for a school book, with a confirmed delivery date of 19 January. This morning (14 January), without warning, the order was cancelled.

Frankly, this is unacceptable.

This was not a discretionary purchase—it was a school requirement. You accepted the order, confirmed it, and held it for nearly three weeks, only to cancel at the last moment when alternatives are now limited.

How does Takealot justify cancelling a confirmed order for an essential school item after such a long lead time? This has directly impacted my ability to prepare for the school year and reflects very poorly on your reliability.

I expect a clear explanation and an urgent resolution.
