Unacceptable behaivour

One star is too much. Having ordered 1kg of a product from Takealot, I received 250 grams only of the product (Chai Latte). After notifying Takealot, I was ordered to return the product, which I did, even though it had been mistakenly opened. Takealot notified me that I would receive a refund. I waited patiently and did not receive the said refund. After contacting Takealot again I was informed that the return was "rejected" as it had been opened". The product was not returned to me and instead of only having 250 grams of the product to enjoy, I now have none. I paid for a product that I did not receive and have not even received an apology from Takealot, let alone the delivery of what I actually ordered. This is unacceptable. I hope that someone can hold this company accountable. I have seen personally how ruthless they are with their staff and I now see this behaviour spilling over to their customers. Seems as though they think that they are untouchable after scoring big time from the Covid-19 situation.
