Unacceptable - bad communication

Im so dissapointed in takealot. Before the lock down I have ordered a bicycle for my sons birthday. Payment and everything was accepted, only to receive a message yesterday that the order was cancelled. If they informed us about this before hand I would have had the oppurtinity to by my sons present before lock down. Thanks takealot I dont have a gift for my son.
