Unacceptable and pathetic service

I am extremely disappointed in Take a lot with an order I made on the 20.04.2020 and till to-date after a call I made to Take a lot and spoke to Shaakir who informed me that there is one item short from my order. The reason for my anger is due to no communication whatsoever and that time I have been waiting for over two weeks and at the time I am expecting my order today 05.05.2022 as per noted on the app. I have been expecting feedback from Take a lot since 09:00 am this morning and till now I haven’t received any feedback. It is the first time I encounter such bad service from Take a lot and it will definitely change my perspective about making any other purchases on his platform.
