Unacceptable
<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I have never been so frustrated in my life with takeAlot.com. There was a problem with an order where it had been issued as cash on delivery even though I had paid via EFT. This was December and after emailing and emailing they have not fixed the problem. I am unsure of what is happening due to bad communication and the order has been marked as delivered or shipped when I have received nothing. I have now spent money for nothing and am highly upset. I am unhappy that the issue is not being addressed and that no one seems to care. It have been nearly a month since I placed my order and I am still struggling to have it sorted out. </span></p>
They have sorted out my issues and I am very happy that they have done this. I was upset at first, but someone got back to me and fixed my problem. I am very happy. I apologise if I said anything harsh.
