Unaccepable service from Takealot

I ordered a product, Webcam Cover Slider, with order number ***. All that was in the box was the back cardboard of the product, but not the contents. This is unacceptable for products to be picked and packed for customers in this manner. Surely the person boxing this product could have noticed that it was incomplete! I have logged a return, but this process is so annoying, which could have been avoided. I enjoy shopping with Takealot, but certain things are not as on point as they used to be.
