Unable to return faulty Garmin 5X Watchstrap

I purchased a Garmin Fenix 5 Silicon Watchstrap for R380 which was delivered on the 10th Sept. It lasted a whole 10 days when the clasp detached while I was walking in a Supermarket. If it hadn't been for the loops on the strap I may have lost the watch itself. Now I want to return it it's impossible to log a return as the site doesn't even list the order. There is no telephone number to contact a human. I'm sick of this place. You need your head read to purchase from this place. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else but Takelot. That's all they do - take a lot and never give back.
