Unable to keep promises

My order was supposed to ship on the 22nd and today still at the warehouse. This is a Christmas gift and your call center agents are promising feedback but to date I have no feedback. Tomorrow is Christmas day. Where is my order. I was **** to yesterday regarding the shipping only to find out today that my order is still at the warehouse come on guys this is ridiculous
