UNABLE TO GET R3.340-00 REFUND FROMTAKE-A-LOT AFTER WE RECEIVED A FAULTY HOVER BOARD

My sister ordered a Hover board for my son early December which was faulty and returned it. Order Number ********** 2. Take a lot ordered a new one in December, but it has not as yet been delivered and I have also not received a refund for it. They did not have stock, so she requested that they cancel the order and refund us the R3.340-00. According to their records now, it shows that the item was cancelled, but we are not receiving a refund from them in spite of various e-mails sent to them.

On 29/01/2019 she received an e-mail stating that they will respond within 2-12 working hours, but we are still waiting.
