Unable to get my refund

CANNOT GET MY REFUND. I called last week after my product was delivered back to takelot to obtain a refund for a product that was not compatible. Each day I call the call centre an agent promised to call back each day over the last 3 days and no one does. I returned the product the day after receiving it. I have not received my refund. The reason. NO reason given. They escalating tbe matter. You have costed me money and not even rejecting mu refund over a product you agreed to refund.
