Unable to fulfill order

I've ordered goods from Takealot on the 15th October, which they promised to deliver by the 25 October. I've still not received my goods which i desperately need, i've contacted their Helpdesk an dare completely powerless, they keep on saying they escalating to the Warehouse, but it looks like the Warehouse completely disregard them, they also refuse to put me in contact with any management. On a trustworthy brand index, be very wary.............you will not receive a response and management do not care about their customers. Rather spend your money in a brick and mortar than with a group of people hiding away from their customers.
