Unable to fetch a parcel today and i am being wait to wait a further 24 hours for a parcel that i can have access to NOW

hi there, i placed an order on 17/12/2019 for a phone, the website did not have an option for an express delivery so i went with the normal delivery option, after calling the contact centre twice to query this.

the parcel was delivered to Centurion hennopspark at 11:00 which is close to where the parcel will be delivered. i informed the contact centre moments ago that i fetch the parcel from hennopspark instead of waiting for delivery to take place on the 19th.

i simply dont understand why you are going out of your way to create a negative client experience for me when you can make the call for me to collect the parcel today because i truly need it, instead your call centre cannot even explain to me why it is such an issue for me to go fetch the parcel.

i called the
