Unable to download E-book at Takealot.com

Hello Peter

I have purchased an e-book at Takealot.com, I cannot access it on my computer. I have requested them to resolve and nothing has been done. They said I must download Adobe Digital Edition which I did but still give me an error message which says unable to download "Error getting License. License server communication problem: E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN". Please help in resolving this matter.
