Unable to do math, or clever ********

Takealot can't do math. Ordering more than 1 item confuses the heck out of them, and they blatantly ignore the "Quantity" field when packing the parcels, but not when calculating the total you pay. They cheerfully delivered 1 unit and unashamedly indicated I received 2 and unapologetically took my money for 2. I have been painstakingly trying to log tickets on their website stating my case, to no avail. All I receive are generic responses. It's ********, plain and simple. They must have a line on their financial statements which reads "Profits from overcharging stupid customers and other ********** charges".
