Unable to deliver

Highly disappointed by the service from Take Alot. From all the advertising and promises I would have expected much more! I changed my address on the system for delivery to take place there. They still delivering to the old address . I asked for a simple address change and was told that this cannot be done. Can you please provide me with the service that I have paid for!
